Our new report, Repeat Offender: Vietnam's persistent trade in illegal timber, exposes corrupt individuals from the Vietnam Government and military complicit in smuggling huge quantitites of illegal timber from Cambodia. This has been launched ahead of a meeting between Vietnam and the EU to combat illegal logging.
