Methane Matters: Towards a global methane agreement
COP27 will take place in Sharm-El-Sheikh from the 6th to the 18th of November, a crucial time to put methane at the center of discussions.
Through a thought starter which presents the key pillars of a new global methane agreement, EIA and partners Changing Markets and GAIA encourage policy makers to initiate negotiations for a new instrument to implement and strengthen the Global Methane Pledge.
